How will I know how the fund is progressing?
Every year, around the child's birthday, we will send the child a full statement of the transactions which have occurred in the previous twelve months, together with the latest valuation of the Account. There is a 'plain English' explanation of the content of this statement on the reverse. Returns from a Child Trust Fund Account are currently free of personal tax, but do please remember that this might change in future.

How do I open an Account?
This is easy too! When you are sure that you are completely satisfied with your decision to send us your child's voucher for investment, you can either download and fill in the application form and send it to us with the voucher addressed to SFS, FREEPOST, 30 Mather Avenue, Liverpool L18 1BR. Alternatively, you can just phone us with the details on 0151 724 1930 (it will only take a few minutes) or pop the voucher into an envelope to the same FREEPOST address. No stamp is needed when using FREEPOST. We will then send you a partially completed application form for full completion by you and a pre-paid envelope for its return. However you choose to do it, we will acknowledge receipt and send you the Account documentation.
