Who are we?
We are a registered friendly society, founded in 1922, authorised and regulated in our business by the Financial Services Authority. As a friendly society, the Schoolteachers Friendly Society is a 'Mutual'. This means that there are no shareholders entitled to profits. Instead, all profits are returned to our members as extra bonuses on their policies.
